All of our team members have over 8 years of experience in this field and all Power Generation, Water Treatment plant services (WTP), Waste Water Treatment Plant services (WWTP), and HVAC-R operators and our technicians have proper licenses to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. In addition, all the operators have been properly vetted by the US military. All our operators and personnel have been trained and schooled upon code of conduct and ethics while on the base. Any operator not following the base rules and regulations will be immediately terminated and replaced. SMC has all the resources in place to perform all the required service and can meet all the financial obligations. SMC is in full compliance with all afghan government regulations regarding payments of taxes, etc. and has no outstanding debt that would impact this project, all employees are paid monthly on time and without any delay. SMC have never received a US government cure notice, termination of contract for cause notice nor ever received an unsatisfactory report from any of our clients.
